This week we spent two lovely afternoons singing a variety of Christmas songs at All Saints Church, Little Melton. We were accompanied on the organ by Mrs Ganley and Reverend Michael welcomed us all. Thank you to everyone who helped walk the children safely down, and for all the parents who joined us for our sing-a-long. πŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸΌπŸŽ„

Two weeks ago we celebrated Diwali. Owlets made Diya lights out of clay. When they were dry we painted and decorated them. Mrs Martins gave us a tea light to put inside. We also made Mehndi patterns.

In Owlets we read the story of The Gruffalo. They designed their own terrible creatures out of toilet rolls!

Today we all looked splendid in our Christmas Jumpers! πŸŽ…πŸΌπŸŽ„

The children shared information ranging from Big Ben to thorny devils to drama shoes and some children even created slide shows to accompany their information. The children demonstrated their communication and listening skills with success.
